Apart from distilling Absinthe in all the traditions of the family we produce with passion another tipical spirit of our valley which is the famous (yellow) Gentian. Our fruit brandies from pears (Williams), quinces, rasberries, yellow plums (Mirabelle) and small savage plums meet the most sophisticated demands of all connoisseurs.
Enthusiasts of liqueurs loveour LA CERISETTE©, a traditional liqueur made from the famous cherries of our French neighbourhood. This liqueur fits perfectely with goose liver, can be used in sauces or over icecream. Our latest invention is a fruity, well balanced liqueur made of delicious small white peaches growing along the vineyards of the Lake of Neuchâtel area. Added to Champagne this speciality gives you a new idea about "Kir royale".
