Hierbas Ibisencas
Hierbas Ibicencas Aniseta is a traditional plant liqueur produced on the island of Ibiza. It is made from an aniseed alcohol base, with an alcohol content of between 25% and 36% vol.
It is produced through distillation. Various aromatic plants are then macerated or infused in the distillate.
We select various plants that are native to the island of Ibiza, which mainly include chamomile, rosemary, thyme, lemon verbena, and the leaves and zests of oranges and lemons.
Hierbas Ibicencas Aniseta has a distinct personality and balance obtained through the rigorous selection of aromatic plants according to a recipe that is over 90 years old.
Hierbas Ibicencas Aniseta enjoys PGI (protected geographical indication) status that ensures it is produced according to traditional, historical methods.
Hierbas Ibicencas Aniseta is mainly served cold or with an ice cube as an after-dinner liqueur. It is also used as an aromatic base for cocktails.
